Cannot connect to my internet-server using Password Depot 12
Hello everyone, I tried to create a remote backup to my internet server using the FTPES (Explicit SSL / TLS) protocol under ( Database > DB Properties > Remote Backup ) and received an error saying "Error creating remote backup: I won't open a connection to *IP (only to *IP) ".
Anyone who had the same problem or knows how to solve it?

go to "Database > DP Properties > Remote Backup > Manage Server" check the button called "Passive" and try again.
Also make sure that you are using port 21 for FTPES (Explicit SSL/TLS), your credentials are correct, the path you chose exists and that there are no typos in you hostname.
