When connecting to the Enterprise Server, I receive the error"Socket Error #10060 Connection Timed Out"

The error Socket Error #10060 Connection Timed Out usually indicates a firewall/proxy/DNS problem.

Please make sure that the firewalls on both the client and server allow Password Depot Enterprise Server AND client all TCP and UDP connections. Please also make sure that the selected port number is shared explicitly (also for both TCP and UDP connections).

Please also make sure that all clients and the server are using the same SSL/TLS settings. For more information, click here.

If possible, we recommend using the server's IP address instead of the server name in order to avoid DNS problems.

Please also check for possible port changes or redirects.
