When the client tries to connect to the server, the error message "Socket Error # 11001 - Host not found" is shown.

Please check in the client under Options -> Network -> Internet Protocol Version that the correct version number has been entered there. We recommend setting the entry to "IPv4" or "IPv6" and not to "Automatic".

Alternatively, when connecting to the Enterprise Server, you can use the IP address of the server instead of the server name to solve this problem.
