The activation server used by Password Depot (client) 11 and older has been permanently disabled. Since version 12, Password Depot does not send any customer data or other information to AceBIT for data protection reasons - not even during the activation of the software.
If you are using version 11 or older, we strongly recommend upgrading to the current version, as we have implemented a large number of security-related innovations. An overview of the improvements can be found here:

If you want to keep using your outdated version, you can solve your problem as follows:
The client can now only be activated with a registry file.
Download the registry file for your version number:
Then, quit Password Depot if it is running.
- Double click on the reg file that is in the attached ZIP file.
- Start your program.
The program will now start as a full version.

I have the version 11. And the registry file doesn't work for me

Please make sure that you have installed version 11 of Password Depot. You can download it here:
https://www.password-depot.de/download/pdepot11.exe
Please also ensure that Password Depot has been terminated and is not running in the background before clicking on the reg file from the ZIP file you have downloaded.
